We serve seniors, adults with special needs, and the families who support them throughout Columbia, Howard County, Baltimore County, Harford County, and surrounding areas.
Many of the people who come to us are in a season of transition. A parent’s health may be declining. Long-term care decisions may need to be made. Legal documents may need to be updated. Questions about Medicaid or guardianship may feel urgent and overwhelming.
